About Me
I first started my yoga practise back in 2016, when teenage anxiety and exam stress had begun to creep in. From the first unroll of the mat, I knew yoga would become a ritual that would support me for a lifetime.
I continued to practise through the rest of my teens and into my twenties, slowly building up until I realised this was more than just a yoga flow for me — this was movement medication.
After eight years of devotional yoga practice, I decided to travel to Rishikesh, India, a place nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas and often referred to as the ‘birthplace of yoga’.
Here, I deepened my knowledge of yoga as an ancient Indian practice through a Hindu perspective. Learning both in English and Sanskrit, I learnt how to teach, chant mantras and understand yogic philosophy in great depth.

I came back with a calling — to use both my softness and my strength to create yoga communities and facilitate beautiful energy exchanges.
And I'm lucky enough to have done just that. From India to Copenhagen, I've led small groups through peaceful practices.
In Southern Finland, I worked as an in-house yoga teacher at a wellbeing centre, teaching a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa to locals and guests, and supporting an all-female retreat.
Back in the UK, I've slipped back into life in Shropshire, teaching 1-1 sessions as part of the home education curriculum and to sportspeople, as well as running weekly Vinyasa flow community classes.
And now I would be honoured to help you find balance and create clarity through your own yoga practice.
Let’s flow together
